Thank you for your continued support
Over the last 45 years, Vestaplas have worked through a number of challenges in our community by supporting each other and working together with you our loyal partners in business.
Now we are all faced with a global challenge – Coronavirus or COVID-19. It is impacting everything we do; how we work and every element of our world. As always, our team are working tirelessly to continue to deliver your products efficiently and keep you as informed as possible in terms of stock, delivery and getting through this together. This is only possible through great teamwork, the loyalty of you our customers and the dedication of my wonderful colleagues – we thank you for all the support and wonderful messages we are receiving from you.
As events have unfolded over the last few weeks, we have worked behind the scenes to do all we can to ensure that we can secure continued availability of products and get them out to you in a timely manner. Hour by hour we are seeing new announcements or statistics and we continue to respond as quickly as possible.
During this challenging time, I would like to extend my thanks to the Vestaplas team who are keeping things moving and I would like to thank you for your understanding if we don’t manage to ship everything within our usual timeframes, the extraordinary demand for STERI-7 disinfectant and hand sanitiser is putting unprecedented pressure on our operations. We are doing our very best to keep everything moving – thank you for your patience. We would like to also apologise if every now and again you may find two chocolates in a Vestaplas delivery box rather than just one.
In our offices and warehouses, we are also taking additional measures at this time to protect our team and customers. We have zoned our teams and locations and ensure that our Operations and Office staff have clear work areas and we are also using STERI-7 to ensure good hygiene throughout as disinfectant and also hand sanitiser.
Thank you to everyone for your support and the heart-warming messages which we receive on a daily basis. I have not the slightest doubt that there is a light at the end of the tunnel and that there will be better times ahead!
Yours sincerely
Nelson Kilbey
Chairman of the Board, Vestaplas
