All orders via FSAH.com (formerly Vestaplas.com) over £75+VAT will be delivered free of charge. Orders under the value of £75+VAT will have a shipping charge of £4.99+VAT added at check out - this includes Hestevard Door to Door Deliveries.
For deliveries to Northern Ireland, Ireland and Mainland Europe then additional delivery fees may be applied.
All available items will be shipped via our Next Working Day Delivery service.
Standard Delivery Times
All orders placed online of via the phone before 5pm, will be processed, picked and dispatched on the same working day. Items will then be delivered to your practice on the next working day.
We set very high standards however our team are human and occaisionally we are let down by our couriers, but we will do everything within our control to make sure products are picked, packed and dispatched where they are ordered before 5pm (Monday to Friday).
During Bank Holidays, there are no collections of orders via our couriers.
Emergency Medical Requirements
If you have a urgent product requirement where a horse needs immediate medical support, we ask that you do give the office a call on 07130 716 084 after placing your order online, this way we can expedite your order through our system and ensure your products are given priortity dispatch.
